Two-time world champion triathlete Helen Jenkins announces her return to racing
Two-time world champion triathlete Helen Jenkins is returning to racing in 2020 - four years after her last race.
The 35-year-old hasn't competed since September 2016 and hopes to contest the Ironman 70.3 in Dubai in February.
Since her break from the sport the athlete has had two children and back surgery.
Jenkins took to social media to announce her return: "Back to racing! The plan is Feb 2020 @im703middIeeast it's been a long time, but I am excited by the new challenge ahead."

The triathlete had her first child in 2017, then had her surgery the following year and has since had another child.
While Jenkins is Scottish-born she has represented Wales at the Commonwealth Games.
The Brit won the world title in 2008 and 2011 and has also competed in three Olympic Games with her best finish being fifth at the London 2012 Games.
