US soccer player Megan Rapinoe scored a brilliant goal against Japan in the SheBelieves Cup last night.

The US kept a perfect record to take the title from defending champions England as they beat the Lionesses, Spain and Japan.

Rapinoe took a free kick in the seventh minute and struck the ball perfectly to curl it past Japan's keeper.

The US scored two more goals through Christen Press and Lindsay Horan, while Japan secured a consolation goal through Mana Iwabuchi in the 58th minute.

Press' goal was equally as impressive as Rapinoe's as she scored from outside the box.

She controlled the pass, turned and took a shot which floated over the head of Japan's defenders and keeper.

Press has impressed throughout this tournament as she scored another great goal in the opening match against England.
