Manchester Thunder beat Severn Stars 65-56 to keep their winning start going in the Vitality Netball Superleague.

Despite Thunder's impressive display, Stars' Georgia Rowe was the match's leading scorer as she netted 43.

Elsewhere in the league, Loughborough Lightning beat Strathclyde Sirens in a narrow 59-53 victory.

Lightning's Mary Cholhok scored 46 to secure her team's victory.

Team Bath trounced Celtic Dragons 71-52, however the match was more even than the scoreline suggests. The two sides were neck-in-neck until the final quarter where Bath stormed into the lead.

The final quarter's score was 23-12, Kimberly Commane being Bath's top scorer in the match with 39.

Surrey Storm v London Pulse and Wasps v Saracens Mavericks will take place on Monday.
