Chelsea have launched a video series of challenge workouts to keep their fans fit while in isolation.

The videos, which were filmed last year, feature the team doing a series of different workouts and is presented by former player Katie Chapman.

Chapman gained 61 caps for the club and scored seven goals.

The Chelsea Challenge Programme is usually shown in schools but has been opened up to a wider audience now that schools are closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The series begins today with a video of Chapman and player Magdalena Eriksson.

The pair do a warm up then the main workout consists of star jumps, squats and no hands standing.

The programme will last two weeks with a video being uploaded to Chelsea's social media at 7am every weekday.
