British runner Eilidh Doyle has updated fans on her return to competition with a heart-warming photo showing how she balances training and being a mother.

The new mother posted photos on Twitter of taking a break from training to have a cuddle with baby son, Campbell Conor Doyle.

She accompanied the pictures with the caption: "Training is a lot more fun when you get to have cuddles in between reps."
