Rapper Drake has donated $100,000 to bail out those protesting across the US following George Floyd’s death.

The 33 year-old posted a receipt on Instagram confirming his donation to the National Bail Out fund, which provides bail money to people who are arrested for protesting.

Floyd’s death has sparked protests worldwide after footage emerged of a white police officer kneeling on his neck for over eight minutes, despite him insisting he couldn’t breathe.
