Broadway musical Hamilton and Frozen 2 arrive on Disney+
Broadway musica Hamilton and animated sensation Frozen 2 have become the latest additions to streaming service Disney+.
It comes after the company lifted restrictions on bandwidth which had been put in place during the coronavirus pandemic.
The move means customers will now not only enjoy more content but also an improved picture quality.
A spokesperson for Disney+ said in a statement: "The temporary bandwidth reduction that went into effect earlier this spring is beginning to lift and the full Disney+ catalogue is now available to stream in HD and UHD formats in the UK and Ireland."
Disney+ competitors Netflix and Amazon Prime have already lifted their bandwidth restrictions.
Hamilton is widely regarded one of the best theatre shows around today having received superb reviews since debuting on Broadway in 2015.

Other major franchises which the new streaming service have acquired include The Simpsons, Star Wars and High School Musical.
Subscribers with a 4K TV will be able to watch Disney+ movies and shows in Ultra HD picture quality with HDR and 5.1 surround sound.
