British athlete Dina Asher-Smith stunned at the Fashion Awards held at the Royal Albert Hall last night.

The 23-year-old was wearing a David Koma dress accompanied with Gianvito Rossi black strapped heals.

The star, who has won a few awards herself this season, posted a photo on Instagram to share her look with followers.

Asher-Smith took the opportunity to urge the media to increase their coverage of sportswomen over the next 12 months.

She wrote: "Thank you so much to @elleuk for having me as your guest at the #FashionAwards.

"We were finally able to celebrate our two covers last year and in particular the sportswomens’ July issue fully! Thank you so much for your continued support, coverage and elevation of us to be cross-category role models.

"I sincerely hope that we continue to get more mainstream coverage and more collabs for sportswomen in 2020."

Famous faces took to the comment section to celebate her look, including Denise Lewis, Samantha Quek, Gabby Logan and Clara Amfo.
