Chelsea and Manchester City clash in colossal Women's Super League title race showdown
All 12 Women's Super League teams are in action on Sunday on what promises to be a thrilling day of domestic football.
And we're kicking off our previews for this week with one of the biggest games of the season so far as two of England's titans collide at Kingsmeadow.
Chelsea vs Manchester City
Chelsea have dropped just two points in the league so far this season and are the only side that still boast an unbeaten record.
Since their draw with Brighton in the middle of September, they have won five WSL matches on the bounce, scoring 16 goals in the process.
Emma Hayes' side also have the best win by any team so far which came when they defeated defending champions Arsenal 2-1.
Meanwhile, Manchester City were on the end of a loss to Arsenal back in October and failed to really create anything in the way of clear cut chances as they limped to a disappointing defeat.
However, since then Nick Cushing's outfit have looked absolutely ruthless, swatting aside both Bristol City and West Ham 5-0.
Ellen White has scored in her two previous league games, while Pauline Bremer bagged a brace last time out as City's forward line look to have clicked into gear.
For Chelsea, Beth England will look to continue her fine goalscoring form, while Drew Spence and Ji So-yun also have the ability to hurt City's back line.
Following Arsenal's incredible 11-1 demolition of Bristol City last weekend, this clash between the other two main title contenders is an opportunity for either one of them to re-establish themselves as the favourites to lift the WSL trophy in May.
The match kicks off at 12pm GMT on Sunday and will be available to watch on the FA Player.
There will also be an extensive match report on the game immediately after the final whistle on the NewsChain website.
